New laptop means transferring all my work over, and re-downloading and configuring my programs so that I can resume my theme project smoothly.
My issue is that my other mb had so much junk on it, that I'm sifting through all my files slowly, really deciding what I want to keep and what can stay on my external HD for now. I'm determined to not have this new laptop end up as jam-packed full of crap as my other.
So, on that note:
* Ulzzang requests - before I bought my new laptop I was 1/2way done with the requests I'd gotten so far. I have almost all the files I need to finish transferred over, and I'd like to have my requests finished this week, but I have a few prior engagements and I'm not sure how I'm looking on time just yet.
* Subete requests - My repo is having a real struggle taking the v1.7 update for the WinterBoard version, the file is simply too large. The Anemone version updates mostly fine, as the file is much smaller thanks to Coolstar's implementation of a 'one size fits all' approach to the naming scheme. Someone suggested breaking up the WB file into 2 pieces, having them with a dependency so people don't accidentally miss 1/2 of the theme, but that is just not desirable for me. I can already forsee the issues and complaints about it having to be broken up. Considering maybe having Macciti host it, but it would no longer be a free package, as I really could use the income to maintain the other packages and space on my repo. Nothing is set in stone right now, though.
* Other things - ??? I don't remember if I had other things to do, if I mentioned I was gonna do something, please remind me.
Anyways, I'd like to apologize with the lack of updates and fulfilling of requests in a timely manner. It was the holidays, and then I've had a rush of after holiday appointments and other things that need to get done. I really don't get too much free time to myself to work on things. Sorry about that!! Being an adult is no fun, lol.
